First time IGF-1, need advice

I have read everything I could find on IGF-1. I have not taken a cycle of anything in 2 years. Can I take my arginine as I usually do and my other supps as well as with my IGF? Also should poke shoulders on an upper body day and then thighs on leg day?

It doesn't matter where you inject, you can inject in the same spot every time if you like, or you could rotate your injections between different sites. Arginine is fine.

Hey bro my syringe's are 1ml 27g1/2. It measures .1,.2,.3 and so on... what on this conversion is the right amount if im going to do 40mcg pw?

Just FYI, when using IGF, any insulin syringes will do (the ones you have are fine). So as long as the syringes that you have are marked in "IU", you're on the right track.

There are quite a few therads on here about IGF reconstitution and measuring. You should be able to find it by using the search function in this forum. Just try typing something like "measuring IGF" in the search field.
