Hi Guys
Just wanted to let everyone know i have started on the HGH currently im using jins 2iu a day for 10 weeks and then im uping my dose to 5iu a day on generic blues for 4 months and then to finsh off i will drop it back to 2iu a day for another 10 weeks using jins
for the last 1 month i have been using stanazol and clen with dbol and i have droppod 3 kgs of body fat but i am looking pretty good i will post pics up soon
my diet consists of
oats with low fat milk mixed with protein for brekky
protein shake mid morning
chicken or fish or meat at lunch with either vegs or rice
protein shake mid after noon
dinner same as lunch
protein shake before bed
My aim is to shed some more body fat and try and pack on some lean muscle
while using the hgh i will still cycle the stanazol for 10 weeks using the jins for the start and then i will lean into eteanate with deca while using 5iu
what do you guys think will i have to eat more to achive my goals???

ps im having my shot at 5am and then going back to sleep until 8am is that ok??
also im trying to have a 1hr sleep during the day aswell

In order to avoid severe side effects, I would increase the dose by no more than 1IU each time you decide to bump up the dose.
I probably wouldn't use dbol , clen and stanzolol at the same time as the dbol may work against clen and stanzolol. You will gain a lot of water weight from dbol, and the stanzolol will try and eliminate that gained water, so as I said these compounds are actually working against eachother. If you are after fat loss, keep dbol out of it.
As for your diet, we have a diet section so please forward all your diet questions there.
Shedding fat and gaining muscle at the same time is almost a mission impossible. You are best of doing one or the other. The way I would do it is, shed all the fat I can, then bulk. That's probably the fastest way of getting good results, instead of trying to kill two birds with one stone.
As soon as you add deca and enanthate to your cycle you can say goodbye to looking lean. You will gain major water weight from these compounds which will make you look the opposite of lean. You may not gain fat, but you will look bloated which will make you look fat. As I said, either use all the necessary compounds to lean up, or use all the necessary compounds to bulk. You can really end up messing up your cycle if you try and grow muscle while trying to get ripped.

With the clen , I forgot to mention that it shouldn't really be cycles for 10 weeks straight. Try and have a break after say 2 weeks of use. I would usually use clen 2 weeks ON/OFF, but some will use it 1 week ON/OFF, or 1 day ON/OFF however I defenitely wouldn't use clen for any longer than 2 weeks in a row.
