what to do after long time injury?
hi havent been training for 1.5 years can i go straight into gh or train first,if how long for. its for bodybuilding purposes. thx

I would train for as long as possible before touching any gear.

hi ive asked around and some say 4 weeks are enough would you agree?
broke my wrist and after it was healed i still couldnt train properly so i took couple month off complitly than i had or still have prob with the forearm muscles if i do heavy biiceps curls.

hi ive recovered totally is just the forearm i feel great im ready. i want to train for 4 weeks everyday, light so that my body gets used to it again than start gh, thats my plan. i wasnt sure if that would do any harm if i do it like that.
