gains
im curious on what type of gains you can achieve on 4ius per day, considering your diet is good. and you use test too.
i never see peoples outcomes, just complaints of side effects. how much bf have you lost? how much lean mass did you gain? what did you keep is the big one?

its tough for anyone to say exactly how much fat they burnt with hgh or how much muscle they gained since its usually used with steroids and the diet and training is different. i can tell you that 4ius ran for 6 months will yield good results especially if used with steroids

yeah but you can still do estimates. i know what i usually gain by just doing aas, and my diet is good so that wont change. i dont change my workouts that much either.
im going to do body measurements and bf% every month, so im going to have a pretty good idea of whats going on. and most importantly, i will continue these for several months after.
i guess ill post it when its all said and done.

That dose will usually deliver some fat loss, and not too much muscle gain, but it would be difficcult to accuretely say how much bodyfat one would lose when taking 4IU as everybody reacts differently.

i thought that 4ius was suppose to be a great dose to for fat loss and good muscle growth? what would be better? i want the best of both worlds?

Starting effective dose for fat loss would be 2IU, and the maximum amount required in most cases is 4IU. Any more than 4IU will deliver more muscle gains than anything else.
You see, when it comes to HGH, lower doses are best for fat loss, and from my experience, the more HGH you use the better it is for muscle gains but the fat loss level stays the same as when taking 4IU.

everyones defferent mate, but usually 4 iu would be in between the two. fat loss/muscle gain. good fat loss, not so much muscle again.

I have been taking 3.3 IU's everyday for about 4 months now. I have maybe started to see a little bit of weight loss, but not much. I am hoping to see a bit more over the next several months. It is not drastic and I do not think it will help at all with any muscle gains. I am going to run a cutting cycle coming up and will shed some more fat then.
