    Cycle length for IGF and MGF...

    How long can you cycle IGF-1 & MGF?

    Should they be taken ED or WO days only? (any links to studies, instead of just things heard in the gym)

    I usually take IGF on training days only, but it can also be taken on non training days as well, and users will usually take MGF on training days.

    Usually 4 - 5 weeks ON/OFF.

    Does that depend on dose? I am running 50mcg pWO right now since last thursday. So far I have not noticed anything at all. Do I need to up the dose? I am not looking to get bigger. I am dieting to lose fat I am on a high protein low fat and carb. I am 3 weeks into the diet. I have lost about 10 lbs so far and 4% body fat. I am still a little fat though. I am in the 15% range trying to get to 10%. I am going to throw some clen in the mix as well. I want to maintain as much muscle as possible and build harder leaner muscle. I was 185 at 5'10 and now at 175 give or take.

    With 50mcg daily, 4 weeks ON/OFF will be fine.

    You won't notice too much with IGF, it will harden you up a bit and deliver some minor fat loss but that's about it.

    If you really feel 50mcg isn't doing much then up it to 60mcg and see how you feel but you really shouldn't need to breach 80mcg.

    Clen should defenitely help you shed the fat so go ahead and throw that in as well.

    But why 4 - 5 weeks on?
    Just wondering...

    Some people told me to do 40mcg in 7 weeks. so this is wrong then?

    The break is there so you can clean out your receptors then start fresh again. 7 weeks straight isn't necessaraly wrong, but you don't want to stretch it out too far.
