brutal sides 4 days in GH w/ 2IU

I just started my first GH cycle with 2IUs daily tring to get up to 4 or 5.

I'm taking my shot in the morning but I find that it is making me so exhausted I can't even get to the gym to work out. Also, my hands are so sore I can barely hold the weights...how long until these sides go away? I will be adding T4 to my cycle shortly but this no energy is killing me

    Thanks!

what do you mean? my kit came with 10 vials its supposed to be 100 IU total

I took one of the vials, added 2 ml of water in it and I'm injecting 40 ticks on an insulin syringe

    Am I doing something wrong?

no it sounds right. obviously you should get 5 2iu injections out of every vial. i have no clue why 2ius would make you feel that way because at 6-7ius my hands get numb and tingely but its nothing thats to anoying. as for being tired, i never had that feeling with my hgh

my hands don't feel numb and tingly its hard to explain...but its impossible to make a full fist and even typing feels uncomfortable

I took the shot at 12:00 this morning and now it is starting to ware off a little bit, its 7:40 at night

should i lower the dose below 2IU?

The lethargy is typical and should subside after 2-3 weeks (I describe it like your body going through a GH induced growth spurt like a child - makes your body want to sleep to grow!). Get through it with pre-workout supps, caffiene, etc... As for the hand pain, sounds like exactly what I get as far as side effects. Really bad on just my left hand in the main index finger knuckle at the top of my palm. This will flare up here and there, usually worse on the days I dont inject. Its something you'll just have to tolerate. 2 ius is generally a starting point, so I really wouldnt recommend dropping down to one, but you could for a while. Hopefully it will lessen for you, it has somewhat for me. Another note on the lethargy, when I bumped up to 4 ius, I went through it again for a couple weeks and then it subsided. So I can say from experience that this is normal.

All these sides are quite common, but not that common when such low dose is involved. If the sides are really bad I would lower the dose by about .5IU and see how you go.

My hands felt tight the next day at 2IU's. I dropped it to 1.5 IU's for a week then back up to 2 IU's. Your diet plays a huge roll. If you eat a lot of sodium you're going to wake up every morning with tight hands. For me it takes about a week to adjust. As Gear said, work your way up. GH is a long term compound. No rush so take your time.

Should I be expecting months of this type of feeling? My line of work requires lots of ahnd work and I don't think I am able to do it if I feel like this....Will the lethargy feeling eventually go away and I wil feel "normal" or will I always be a little bit tired?

It's all normal. Your hands will clear up after a week or so unless you keep upping your dose. You can try to drink some fast acting simple carbs 2 hours after your injection.
You'll get use to it. Have you gained any weight? It can load several lbs of fluid real quick and if you're not use to having the weight it could knock your energy down as well.

Lethargy was with me for about 3 months.
