    Is my math correct?

    OK so it is recommended to do somewhere between 40mcg and 100mcg depending on what sources you read on IGF-1. With that being said, I decided to do 50mcg 5 week on 5 week off and slin during the off time. I want to do this for 30 weeks total. Each week will be 5 days on 2 days off with the 2 days not being consecutive. So, to decide how much peptide to buy I did the math as the following:
    30 weeks x 5 days/week x 50mcg/day = 7500mcg so that would be 7.5mg which means I would have to buy at least 7-1mg vials of the peptide. Damn I hope this isn't right. That is expensive.
    If this is right then please someone give me a cycle that would be as effective like 40mcg 4 day on 3 day off and only 20 weeks. Would that do?

    ur math is correct, but however, u should use the IGF only on training days after ur done. 40 mcg is not enough, 60-80mcg is ideal

    Igf-1

    well,
    I have done Hgh before but there was only 5- 100mcg vials and I did 4 days on 3 days off. I saw no results, but I was also on sus250 and EQ at the time so I really don't know if it helped. I went from 155 to 172 lbs on the first cycle. Then during grad school put on the wrong kind of weight (I got fat from sitting on my ass). I am now still 172 which is down from 185lbs. The fat % is down and the lean mass is up. 33" waist and 5'11" I have been working out since my join date. If you read some of my post you'll see where I mentioned starting to lift again. Came here to further my knowledge. Got my workout back inline and the nutrition has always been there. Whether you eat healthy or not, sitting on your butt for 8hrs a day in class you will gain weight. Graduating is the healthiest thing I've done. I can now workout and stay lean. Just wanting to bulk up the lean way. Hope this helps answer your questions.

    Smokethedays is right, in most cases 40mcg won't deliver anything major but if you are not familiar with IGF I suggest you start on 40mcg per day and adjust the dose if necessary.

    As for the HGH, did you mean 5 x 100IU vials? Anyway just educate yourself as much as possible.

    Too much variances between sources

    I've read most of the threads on the IGF-1 and redbaron's cycle that states to do 60mgs. Yes, I meant IU. Thanks for the input Gear. I will adjust the dosage. Will probably pyramid up and then go back down as I seen in one post that included AAS and some slin/T3. Really just planning at this point for the next cycle as I'm currently in the 4th week of this one. T400 and Tren so far. Adding letro because of sore nips and will end with clomid. Thanks in advance for anymore input on this subject.

    These come in kits 10 vials 100mcg = 1mg. That means to run 60-80mcg for the right length you would need 60mcg x 4 days/week x 15 weeks = ~4kits because you would need 4000-6000mcg total which is 4-6mg. At 1mg each kit that is expensive. These kits run $*** EDITED ***. I'm not even going to ask where in the hell you guys come up with that kind of money and if you do where in the hell you order that kind of quantity. It would be impossible to ship that much. Even if you got 4-6 1mg vials. Mostly see kits out there so, I guess I won't be doing the IGF-1 LR3 anytime soon. If your on for 4-5 weeks then off 4-5 you don't have time to get the next kit ordered before you start again due to shipping times. So you have to order all at once.

    1mg=1000mcg NOT 100mcg, so 1mg kit should give you on average 13 doses. if you were to weight train 4 times/week then the kit should last you 3 weeks. that's saying you will shoot 80mcg after every workout.
    my suggestion is to go 6 weeks on and 6 weeks off. 2 kits for each cycle. however, ur price is too high, research more, you shouldn't pay more $200 per kit.

    i can think of tons of better ways to spend that much money rather than on igf
