191aa is the same chain as your body produces. 192 is different so therfor certain bodies will reconize it and build an immunity to it since it senses a forign substance just like a cold. once your body builds an immunity towards the 192aa hgh it will always have it so therfor the hgh will be useless. you can always go back to the 191aa hgh your body produces
