    PWO plan with Humalog

    Want to get opinions on using 2 packs of nutrex carbs drink and post slin protocol..

    10iu humalog slin
    + 5 min 60g Waxymaize
    12g (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine)
    6g (CEE, creatien monohydrate)
    2g (Arginine alpha ketoglutarate, Arginine ethyl ester di-chloride)
    + 10 min 48g ON Whey
    + 60 min 72g ON Whey, 1 cup oats.

    I dont need more than 6g of carbs/iu. Suggestions?

    Look alright to me. personally I take a bigger dose of whey initially, around 60g. Then roughly 60mins later I'd use egg whites rather than more whey. that's just me tho

    Yeah...I wrote it backwards. I take 72g of whey pwo, and then 48g ppwo.

    i would drop the 2nd serving of whey and eat something like chicken or fish with your oats or brown rice

    Have you used WMS PWO with Slin before? Is that how you know you only need 6g CHO per 1IU Slin?

    If so, then it looks good. WMS acts super fast so I want to make sure you've used it before.

    +10min should defenitely be 70g of protein, and +60min should be 50g of protein. You need to give your body as much protein as possible immidietly PWO as that's when your body needs it the most.

    Yes, I have used WM and have been ok with this ratio. I have written the protein intaked backward on the two meals. Either way, I'll replace ppwo meal with some tuna and rice. Thank you all for your responses.
