    Insulin and cutting

I'm starting to get a little too much extra flab that I need to cut off
So I decided I need to do some cutting but I DONT want to lose my muscle mass...

So how should I go about this with using insulin ? I usually use 10iu PWO but I was thinking I should drop down to 5iu PWO when doing cardio....

would 5iu PWO (doing cardio) be enough to combat catabolism and would the lower dosage help prevent me from getting fat?

I was also thinking of having a small glass of apple juice (or some sugary drink) before working out...

I'm gonna be doing cardio 4x a week for 30minutes or so....
also gonna be decreasing the amount of carbs in my diet

Ive ran slin succefully with cutting cycles consisting of tren /test/hgh. 10iu pwo, 6g carbs/iu is as low as I can go for carbs. You have to be precise in your carb intake and monitor yourself frequently. No slin with cardio, never even heard of that. Doesnt sound too smart.

If you're after fat loss then insulin is a bad choice especially if you're an inexperienced user.

If you do use insulin, use it after weight training as that's when insulin is mostly beneficial.

Apple juice before workout is fine.
