    Novalog

    Hey guys..

    I'm researching my next cycle. I'll be using novalog. So I'm looking for information... in specific a calculator of the amount of slin PWO to the amount of protein and dex.

    Just a heads up.. I know all about slin. HAD a daughter that WAS a diabetic. I'll have a monitor and check for 2 hours after workout. if I show a sign I'll check for safty. I'll keep gluco tabs on hand.

    Any help with finding out the proper doses would be great. I want to keep the fat down...

    I'm reading everything I can. Maybe you have a specific thread??? As far as calculators all I've been able to find are here

    None of those deal with slin and protein/dex intake.

    In one thread I've read, somebody suggested about 60 grams of protein and 40g of dex with 10 units of slin. But I never could find the stats on that person.

    My stats:

    36 old
    5'8"
    172 lbs (and cutting)

    I want to be between 185 and 200 cut.

    you shoot slin as soon as possible pwo. you start out with 4-5ius then raise it by 1iu everyday until you reach 10ius then stay at that dose. you want to start out with 10 grams of dex per iu of slin and around 75g of whey. once your taking 10ius of slin and 100 grams of dex for a wwk you can start lowering your dex a little at a time. i personally use around 4 grams of carbs per iu but you have to use a dose your body is comfortable with to aviod going hypo.

    Thank you. My notes I've been taking:

    1- PWO
    2- Protein, DEX, Carbs
    3- start at 4 ius (thanks for that info, I was going to start with 1)
    4- Take 10 grams of DEX per iu. 40 grams in my starting point
    5- take 60 - 75 grams of whey.. never increasing that amount
    6- 4 grams of carbs per iu. 16 grams in my starting point.

    I'm still reading and will be for at least 2 months. This is a great start though. Thank you for the information.

    I'm still wanting to read more. Would like to better understand the dex use at that amount in this PWO meal. Thanks again for all the help.
