    HGH Question

Im looking for some advice & hopefully without getting flamed.. I am a 35 yr male, I am 5'6 220 pretty high BF% Im sure mostly stomach I have been doing cardio 5 days a week 4:30am empty and have really cleaned up my diet (getting plenty of protien & eating 5 small meals a day & the weight is coming off my question is at what point BF% wise would you recomend someone starting HGH? I do have access to it through a Dr. and I would like to do 3IU ED for 6 months when I feel its the best time to do it.
    Thanks,

You can start using HGH at anytime, but I recomend losing as much bodyfat as you possibly can naturally then when the gains start to slow down you could throw in 2 - 3IU p/day.

Ditto what Gear said. If you lose the bulk of your bf the old fashioned way (diet & exercise) it will help you develop a solid eating and exercise regiment. With that foundation in place then start adding the GH to push you over the top. Without that foundation you are likely to return to your old self and blow a bunch of $$ for nothing.

    Gear -

I've started looking around at whats available to me in So Cal.

Its a pretty huge difference between Jin and big pharma made hgh.

3 ui/da 5/2 Jins would cost 1/4 what name brand US stuff would cost.

I understand the US GH is better, but is it 4X better?

US brands are defenitely more effective and safer than any other brand, probably at least twice as good as the Chinese stuff. Jins are very good though, it's the only Chinese HGH I rate highly so if you can get your hands on those then do so.

    Hey Gear,
My BF% is 26% I had it checked this morning. Like I said Should I wait on the HGH Its not really a waste of money if I take it now as I have access to it through a Dr. Just wanted to get your opinion what would be the pros to taking 3 IU ED now at that BF% if you thinks its a good idea what if anything else would you recomend running with it. my ultimate long term goal is 10-12% range Yes I nkow that is a long term goal, but you gotta start somewhere lol

BT, while you wait for Gear's input on your question, I think you'll see better results if you work on your diet -design a new/clean one and stick to it- and develop a good workout routine and on top of that, add the 3IUs gH 5 days on/ 2 off... you could see pretty good or amazing fat loss. But you have to be disciplined enough to stick to the diet/workout routine -plus a 5 days a week 30/45mins Cardio sessions post workout.

In the long term, you could accomplish your 12% bf drop pretty easily... perhaps within 6 months to a year, depending how much of yourself you put in.

I know you mention that you have a diet/workout routine. Sorry for the repetition thing, but gH without diet/workout/cardio truly is a waste of money
