igf,hgh how do u take it?

i have alot of Q about igf and hgh.i have taken igf before and went on a witch hunt for some groth finaly found some.i only took a minamal dosage of 4micro grams and seen very little results.

should i stack the two?
does igf make hgh work faster?
i have heard that u shoild take igf in the muscle u workout. but also heard to do it in ur fat like with insluin

HGH and IGF don't necessaraly need to be taken together.

IGF does not make HGH "work" (whatever that means) faster.

IGF-1 should be taken in the muscle just trained, but LR3-IGF1 you can shoot anywhere PWO.

One in each if you are taking IGF-1.

Always in bodyfat or can it also give local growth by injecting it into the just trained muscle ?

LR3 can be injected anywhere, not necessaraly in the muscle just trained.

Both types of IGF can be taken sub-q, but it is recomended to be taken IM.
