    just got a cortizone shot for my elbow today

    should I still take my hgh today or what should I do???

    It depends on your condition. Are you able to train? If not then lay of the HGH and only start using when you're back at training 100%.

    no I am taking a week off,,, so should I start my hgh back next week, then

    I guess it wouldn't matter if you continued to use it as you're only having a week off, but I would probably stop and start again in a week.
