    Not the same sides at all, no numbness euphoria. Its only the fragment.

    Well my diet training sleep, everything was the same, i made sure i changed nothing. And using the frag with the HGH definitely helped me lose a bit more bf.

    I used both and it was fine, plus using 300mcg before bed doesn't interfere with the bodies own GH production.

    It's a hit and miss....works for some. I've seen the best results when ran along with regular HGH.....which can be an expensive cycle

    That was a typeO im using 400 mcg once daily before bed but im upping it to 300 mcg twice daily like he said.But on the flip side i love the stuff.....love.love.love
