Igf-1 or Lr3 for isolated muscle growth.
Hi Everyone,
I have been training for 6 years now and my largest pitfall is the size of my arms. They hold me back for I am able to put alot of size on my chest and through my back but my arms don't grow.
I am 23, 5'10", 205lbs at 9%bf. I have tried many different training routines and regiments but nothing gives me valuable growth. That is why I am turning to an alternative. I read that IGF causes isolated growth.
Do I use IGF-1 or LR3-IGF ? Which will give me better, isolated results in my biceps and triceps? Should I use them while in an AAS cycle ?
Also if anyone has used these for the same reason, could you let me know what your results were like.
Thanks so much

I used LR3 and inject mostly in the triceps and shoulders. My arms did grow maybe a little less than an 1"but it will go away when you stop. IMO It does not do the hyerplasia effect like it was thought it would and I have done few cycles too

I'm have some I'm about to use. I wouldn't think of running it alone though.

Defenitely IGF-1 for local growth. LR3 hardly deliveres any gains anyway.
