need help on insulin dosing and when to use.
im getting ready to use insulin with the end of my test prop cycle. just a few questions to make sure i use correctly.
since its my first run with insulin should i only use on work out days? i want to make sure i do it right so if someone could pm me that would be great.

there are many different ways but for your 1st time i would run it pwo. start off with 4iu pwo and take in around 9-10g of carbs per iu of slin to play it safe. you can raise 1iu every workout or everyother workout until you hit 10ius were you'll want to stay. once you feel comfortable with 10ius and 100g of carbs you can start dropping the carbs slightly until you get somewere between 4-7

what are the benifits of im pins compaired to sub-q?

IM works faster. Sub-q you have a longer active window.
IM= 2-3 hrs
Sub-=3-4hrs

Despite the shorter active life time and on-set time we experience when injecting insulin IM, the best part about shooting slin IM is that it gets into your blood stream much faster meaning better recovery.
