    does just the water itself have to be refridgerated?

    i perfer to keep it refrigerated. i figure that since the hgh will last longer in the fridge it would be better to put cool water into it instead of warm. it definatly wont hurt to put room temp water in but i just perfer to keep everything together in the fridge
