How long to stay fat-free with slin.

So ive seen that taking humalog subq it will be in your body for 6 hours. Do you guys stay fatfree or very low fat for all that time or how long do you wait? If you take minimum amounts of fat, how much do you take and what would be too much while bulking.

0 fats while insulin is active would be your best bet, but consuming smaller amounts of is fine also just don't over do it.

I couldn't tell you how much fats I consume when using insulin as I do not count my fats but I keep it at minimum, I only count my carbs + proteins.

just stay as clean as possible. after injecting you will have a carb/protein drink which should have no fat and a low sugar content. then you will eat a meal that consists of chicken and brown rice. obviously your not going to fry your chicken or throw butter in your rice so that will be a low fat meal. after that you can have another meal like the above or another shake and you'll be good.
