hgh shot timing
I workout after work. I get off work at 4pm. I also take slin pwo. Is it better for me to take my single shot hgh (only 2iu at the moment) pre or post workout? I read good reasons to take pre work with slin to boost igf 1 lvl's and whatnot. Would it hurt to take post w/o? Will I get less benefits/effects?

^i read some things about taking after w/o as well for the igf-1 & fat loss reasons but...
i also read it can be good to take after w/o as long as it's not 4-5 hrs within bedtime

I'm starting at 2iu and don't plan on going higher than 3iu. It's not feasable to take in morning right now...don't ask.
So if you had to pick one, which is better?
I have never heard of taking it pre workout is bad.
RedBaron says it helps with igf-1 lvl's when you take slin pwo. Am I correct on that?
What are the pros of taking pwo with slin

I have worked up to 10 iu slin, I've been on 16 iu of gh and .5 to 1.0 cc of test. I have been on gh and test (cycle) for years and have recently started the slin. My gh is at night when my body is most at rest and my slin is always right after a w/o, like in my car in the parking lot of the gym.

I shoot 5iu/ed in one shot in the am when I wake up. Been on HGH for a couple of years and still getting good results.

Neither choice is ideal, here is why. You shutdown your natural production for a short time after dosing with any amount of hgh, the length of time is up for debate. Your pituitary puts out small amounts of hgh all day, two times it will release a large amout, after a workout and a few min after falling asleep. If you use your hgh pre or post workout you missout on your natural hgh. However having increased hgh levels post workout is def a good thing. This is why when only using a small amount like 2ius its recomended to use very early am, as to interfere with natural production as little as possible.

How old are you? Your body does pulse HGH throughout the day with the biggest pulse during REM sleep. I'm 50 and the amount of HGH my body produces is minimal. I can probably use HGH anytime of day and the disruption to my overall HGH pulses won't be as bad as a younger person who's pulsing larger amounts of HGH.

My experience with HGH timing:
I have tried, for a couple of months, the waking up in the middle of the night/early AM......this bugs me
I have tried the middle of the day a few times.......too sleepy for the rest of the day
I have tried at bedtime......and....
I prefer the bedtiime...why?
Convenient
HGH decreases Cortisol at night and being the night owl I have been for years, my Cortisol has been very high at night creating a second wind thus hard to go to bed... so dosing at bedtime allows me to relax enough to GO TO BED. My DEEP SLEEP is finally triggering my natural production of growth hormone . I am convinced one reason my IGF-1 level is so low is because I did not sleep for YEARS!
Note: I am in my 50's so keep this in mind.
Consistency does help I have heard..... no matter what your choice of timing
