    Question SO what do u guys think ? ...........

    Goal : fat loss ( specially around the belly ) and not bulking
    Stats : Age 22
    Weight 97Kgs
    Height 173cms
    BF around 27%

    HGH 3IUs/ 5 days On 2 days Off for 2 months
    Along with winstrol and primo ( still didnt figure out the dosage )
    PS: if anyone can suggest a dosage for winstrol and primo will be much appreciated .

    How clean is your diet?
    How often do you train? How much cardio?

    I train almost 5 days a week / Cardio 3 to 5 times a week . I dont have a strict diet program i eat mainly protein from shakes and food ( tuna chicken and other fat free meat ) and just a little bit of carbs around 20-30 g a day and no fat

    How long have you been training for?
    I'm not sure if 3 ius of growth will do much for you at your age.

    been training for 9 months but im not consistent when it comes to training cuz once i hurt my shoulder i took a 2 weeks rest , 2 weeks ago i took a 2 weeks rest but overall im a good trainer

    you don't need any HGH, primo, winny or anything else.

    you need discipline, a good diet and cardio.

    post up your diet, let the experts here critique it

    but i dont need to post my diet so it can be critisized by the experts , first its because i dont have a certain diet made by me or someone else , second because ive been dieting for a year now and ive lost lots of fat and i still have to lose the fat in my belly

    But my diet wouldnt be off ! i would let my cousin ( a nutritionist ) make me a perfect diet and ill train properly , ive done it before when im motivated i always succeed when im motivated , in fact i make miracles when im really motivated ( that's how i injured my knees in the first place cuz of cardio )

    Look bro, your obviously not doing it now, why all the sudden are going to do it when you start GH do you think you cant do it without it? because if thats the case your probably wont do it with it.... get your shit down now, stay consistent.... and diet for 5 months, if at that point when your around 12-13% BF decide you want to try GH more power to you, its just silly at this point....

    ok ok i got it , i need to lower my BF first which is probably the right thing to do before taking any substance
