igf-lr3 mix help making AA

hey im about to start my pct in like 9 days for my cycle. i want to make sure i know how to mix my igf-lr3 powder to the 6% recommended im a lil confused... can someone explain it to me.. i have distilled white vinegar and bac water... i have a sterile vial and i read that you need a sterile filter too.. any one can go over the steps so i can run my 50mcg 5 times a week post workout for 4 weeks during my pct... thanks.. first time user here lol

1st it's not 6% (you will destroy the igf) , but it's 0.6% AA.
2nd you don't need BW, only AA is enough.
you need demineral water to mix with your vinegar.
For the mix, 1st you need to know what is the concentration of your vinegar.
And yes you need syring filter, you can find in the pharmacy ( 0.22µm, and tell them for acid use).

you can get dimineral water at the supermarket

if your vinegar is 5%, then you need to mix 1.5ml vinegar with 12.5ml demineral water to achieve 0.6% solution ( just get the quantity you need )
Get the mix through the filter, and ready to use.

Is Long R3 IGF-2 ( http://www.peptidesdirect.com/p21/Lo...c61f2ee569b42a ) a good product. I have been doing a lot of research on it and I can not decide if it is the real deal or not? Any comments will help.
