Safest way to cycle T4

I'm 7 weeks out from a contest. I've been on T4 for two weeks already I started with 40mcg the first couple of days and then went to 80mcg that's where I'm still at. Would it be better to take T4 two weeks on two weeks off for a total of three on cycles or 6 to 8 weeks straight.

It's been working unbelievable so far I'm getting ****** but my weights not really changing. I'm also taking GH, GH fragment and clen . I'm nervous about taking the T4. What would be the safest way to cycle T4?

I take 100mcg everyday if your taking a decent amount of growth then you do not need to come off.

I'm taking 4iu of GH and 2mg GH fragments split twice a day. Nothing to worry about no side effects from staying on T4?
