Hi sorry for the stupid question but how much is 1 IU? I think it is different to 1ml but im not sure how much it is. I hear people taking HGH at 3-8IUs a day, how much would that be in mls?

There is no single answer to cover all contingencies. The answer is it depends on how you reconstitute it.

HGH comes in a vial with a powder of XXX Units of HGH in the vial. You add an amount of bacteriostatic water to this powder to turn it into a solution that can be injected. How much water you add will determine how many mls it is per unit of HGH.

A simple example would be a 10 IU vial of HGH, adding in 1ml of water .... you would be injecting 0.1ml per 1 IU of HGH. If you added 2mls of water instead, then you would be injecting 0.2ml per 1 IU of HGH ... and etc., etc. That is why there isn't a single answer. You reconstitute it with an amount of water that makes sense for your specific application.
