First off a little about myself. I've competed in sports all my life from wrestling since 8 yrs old to cross country and boxing since 14. Right now I'm training for mma, which is grueling enough, plus I also compete in marathons, triathlons, and work a full time job. Needless to say it takes it's toll on my body. I've been reading up on igf-1 for quite sometime now but I mostly just find articles on it's use for muscular hypertrophy. My question is, does anyone have any experience using igf-1 for combat and endurance sports, and would it be beneficial for optimal recovery without causing any weight gain? Any other information would be beneficial or even a point in the right direction.
