HGH Advise for newbie
OK i gave my stats in a different thread and i will give quickly. mainly cause im kind of proud. (though i should have never gotten the where i was)
i am 38 5'10" and back on Feb 02 2009 i weighed in at a disgusting 285lbs. my fisrts step was cut calories to 1500 with a walk, 2nd pahse was in April maintain 1500 calories start lifting (nothing impressive) and cardio. Currenly i am at 213lbs lifting 4 times a week and cardio at least 20 min a day 7 days a week and twice a day mon - wed - fri.
i want to know if the are any HGH benifits for me this early in the task of gettig back to my Army days weight of 190lbs about 15%bf.
i am seeing some decent results in my shoulders, arms, upper chest and legs,
but it would be nice to lose my ab (yes i said ab) and the man boobs.

gotta be a typo. i dont see a problem with running HGH. your at a good age for it and it seems your working out hard and on a roll. so i think GH would be a good thing to take to help prevent injuries and hopefully get rid of some of those fat deposits. props on the weight cut.

start at 2ius and work up to 4 or 5iu. or hell 2iu might even be enough. just listen to what ur body says. cant tell you where to go to get any. but good luck

i understand it can get expensive and ill leave it at that and i hear it takes some time to get resuls, but how long can or should i run it to see decent results.

seeing results and feeling results are different for me. it takes me a couple of months to see anything. but it only takes a week or two for me and i sleep better and am in an overall better mood. and of course being in a better mood helps me with being in the gym more.

o and take it for 6months minimum.(i have no evidence for this but it tends to be what the masses say so take if for what its worth)

I am a little late checking in on this, but congratulations on your progress so far! Sounds like you are well on the road.
Jintropin (if you get the real deal from "GenSci") is a legitimate 3rd world product and one that would work just fine. Given your age, you could probably get a endocrinologist or anti-aging doctor to run some tests and possibly get you a prescription for HGH. That route might be a little more costly, but the benefit is that they would run a full hormone panel and get all of your significant hormone levels back in check ... which would likely ramp up the race to the goal.
You are at the age where the addition of HGH should in general really make a difference in the way you look and feel. Best of luck to you on your journey back to health.

Given what you have described as to your age and general health, I would personally start out with 3-4 IU's of Jintropin, 5-6 days a week. I would certainly work my way up to that amount just to see how you will react. Jintropin in some folks causes a pretty healthy dose of bloat if you hit the doses too hard too fast ... it did for me in one experiment 5-6 years ago. Others tolerate it really well ... it is a pretty personal thing.

again thanks.
i was think around the 2 - 4iu a day broken up at twice a day 1-2 in the morning and 1-2 in the afternoon.
is 2iu a day a waste? if i went with 3iu would that be just a morning dose.
lastly for how long i have read conflicting resuls so i assume it veries person to person.

Splitting up your dose would be a fine way to take it. If you do end up with using 3 IU's a day, it certainly would be alright to take it all first thing in the morning.
You might be able to get away with 2 IU's ... if we were talking American pharma grade, then that would more than likely do the trick. With the imports, it is hard to say with surety. My general experiences with the imports is I end up doubling what I have to take with the American stuff to get the same results.
Results are really hard to peg. Your HGH will begin working with the first injection shuttling nutrients, interfering with your cells ability to use glucose for fuel (forcing them to burn fat), and all of the other good things that it does for you. How quickly all of those microscopic level actions become visible in the mirror is a pretty personal matter. Usually for the 30-40-50 crowd, it is 8-9 weeks before you really notice anything mirror-wise happening. You "feel" better and sleep better a lot sooner than that, but the mirror usually doesn't tell the tale until a couple of months down the line. There are exceptions to this, but by and large anything significant will be happening a bit down the road.

i take 2 iu/day, primarily to help maintain what i have. i have been taking HGH for nearly a year, with a couple of brief holidays (less than one week). i used to take 4 units and cut back to two to save money.
i first began HGH with 4 units/day, 2 shots daily. with adjustments to my diet and exercise, i lost about 30 lbs. of fat over the following six months.
after my "work season" is complete this september, i will likely go back to 4 units/day and will try to work a little harder and do a few things differently to add more muscle.
HGH was helpful for me to lose significant body fat, but it takes a little time, effort and a plan.

thanks everyone for the help.
it looks like i got a line on some Jin from Gensci. I am planning on gettin 400IU the next question i have is. do i need to keep it in the fridge even if i have reconstituted it yet?
the way i figure it 400IU at 3IU a day 5 days a week will get me about 6 months.
what is the shelf life? in an ideal world i would order 100IU at a time but i am getting this as well i will just call it a gift. And before you ask it is from a trusted person.

I am 22 years old. I am thinking about taking hgh to bulk up. Are there any dangerous side effects it I don't abuse it?
