    Thyroid Blood Work

Just got my blood work back, and it showed my TSH level was at 4.53, when the refrence range should be .40 to 4.10. Ive tried cutting more then one with proper diet and and cardio and could never seem to EVER be able to drop below 12 percent body fat, do u guys think i should go to the Doc, and try to get midecine, Will it make a dramatic diffrence in losing body fat.

    Thanks Guys

Did you get your t3 and t4 levels checked as well? If not you need to know them also, they could be low with your TSH in the upper range.
