Low bodytempature after insulin injection?

every morning after my insulin shot i get really cold, so i took my tempature and it was 94.1!!! i went to the doc but by the time i got there it was back to normal. does this happen to anyone else?

How much carb/iu do you take after the shot?
It's normal. If the blood glucose is low the body may drop its temperature.

i drink a gatoraid with 150g dextrose 10g L-glutamine and 20g creatine mono 5 mins after a 15iu injection

Check your glucose after injection with a glucose meter and try a 10iu injection or split it up in two shots (morning and po-wo).

i do 15iu am and 15iu pwo -ill buy a meter and check my blood sugar
