You can pin 30mcg into each chest about 1" diameter from the nipple. I don't freak out making sure I'm totally symmetrical in pinning IGF. I work chest every 5 days. I pin all 60mcg into one pec at one time and pin the other pec the next time. I've done both. I can't really tell the difference.

if u use a .5" slin pin... u can pretty much shoot anywhere... just make sure it's a spot with the thinnest layer of fat

DOES IT REALLY MATTER WHETHER you site inj or not,cos surely as soon as youve administered it will work its way into the blood stream consequently releasing equally into each muscle in the body.

^^^ theoretically it shouldn't really matter where you shoot... but some people anecdotally claim some site specific improvements.. I have tried igf twice and haven't noticed such a phenomenon

I'm assuming that the IGF being discussed is the IGF-lr3. The IGF-lr3 does not get bound by binding protein and thus is 100% active whereas you do lose a great % of whatever amount of rhIGF-1 you inject to IGFBP3 (IGF Binding Proteins). IGF-lr3 floats around until it finds a receptor. The area of the body with the most IGF receptors are your intestines. If you just shoot it into your blood stream a lot of it will end up growing your intestines.

That's why IGF is injected directly IM right after workout. The IGF receptors in your muscles are more receptive immediately after a workout. When IGF is injected directly into the muscle most of the IGF will be absorbed into the muscle before it is released into the blood stream. It is therefore a good idea to inject just enough IGF for muscle absorption but not enough so it will enter the blood stream and make its way to the intestines. I don't agree that 100mcg be used everyday for a month. Yes, you will grow muscles but you will also grow intestines. I subscribe to 50mcg every other day or every third day over a longer period of time, 3-6 months. When used along side HGH the two has a synergistic affect.

I would not recommend injecting IGF directly into the blood stream and waiting for the IGF to eventually find a muscle. Much of it will be wasted on growing internal organs instead of muscles. My .02
