What kinda dosage would you guys rec for a football player? Right now I'm on 2iu 5on2off for about 4 months now. I'm starting a bulk cycle in a month, I was wondering If I should ramp up my dosage to 4iu now, or save it as a "bridge" between cycles.

And yes I'm over 21, plates xrayed and all.

So...Is 2iu enough for an athlete? What kinda benefits will I see? I'm mainly looking to gain speed but also put on a lot of weight without getting slower. Any advice appreciated, thanks.
