    Kickboxer looking for some advice

    Hello, I need for some advice about HGH and steriods . I am looking for something to help my body recover from the daily grind of training and fighting. I have been fighting for over 10 years and now, at 29 my body is not recovering like it use to. I am in excellent shape, however, recently I have been prone to injuries from over use of my joints (stress fracture in my hip from too much running and kicking, sore elbows from punching too hard, ect).

    I understand that most bodybuilders consider HGH to be a waste of money and only recommend it to experienced bodybuilders, however, I am not concerned with putting on much size; my only interest in it is to help my body recover. My question is: at 160lb (70kilos) what would be the recommended dose for an athlete? Everything I have read about steroids or HGH is geared towards bodybuilding. They all pretty much say the same thing 2-3ius for fat loss 4-8ius for building muscle but is there protocol that takes ones weight in to consideration? Examp. X-ius per pound of body weight? I have been taking 3ius for the past month and plan on continuing it for at least 6 months or more. I am doing 6days on 1day rest/ 3ius in the mourning. Is this adequate or do I need to up the dosage? Also what steriods would you recommend to stack with it to take advantage of its anabolic potential and to help with recovery? As of right now, the only steroid I've done is Anavar .

    Any advice is greatly appreciated, feel free to speak on anything else you would recommend. Thank you for your time.

    HGH is a great compound. I'm 50 been in Karate for 40 years and fought competitively for 15. I feel you pain bro. HGH is good stuff but it's not a miracle. My hips are bad from too much kicking. The socket's got bone spurs so no more kicking higher than the ribs. There's nothing HGH can do to get rid of the spurs, once you get 'em you've got 'em for life. My recommendation would be to take care of your joints before it gets really worn out. I didn't learn about HGH and AAS until a couple of years ago and it was a little late for me. It might not be for you.

    HGH is good for the joints, muscles, brain, everything. If you have the money and you're not really into the anabolic gains of AAS then HGH is good long term use compound. If you're looking for short term improvement of the joints HGH is not the best. It's expensive and doesn't work fast. Deca , EQ, Anavar , are all good for joints. I'm on a Anavar + HGH + Sustanon cycle for 8 weeks. I'm on week 2 and my joints feel better. "Feel better" is relative. My joints are bad so they hurt all the time. It hurts less all the time with the Anavar. If you want to try an AAS cycle I would recommend a cycle similar to mine. Anavar (60mg/ed, 20mg x 3 times/ed) + HGH (5iu/ed, work up from 3iu/ed) + Sustanon (200mg/wk, 100mg x twice/wk) for 8 weeks. Keep your diet clean and you'll gain lean muscles and shed fat. Your joints will feel better. For now, stay away from the deca and eq. It's normally recommended for more advanced users. It's good stuff but it comes with more serious sides than Anavar & HGH. Good luck.

    id increase that test doseage, 150mg is what the body makes normally, 200mg a week of sust is less than that (once you take out the esters) Id recomend 350mg test prop min per week to see some anabolic effect.
    eq is great for athletes, it increase red blood cell counts, i love it!

    there are many great combos out there, and ultimately you need to do the research to figure out what PCT protocalls, what sides you might run into and what you can do to counter the sides.

    If you arent looking to gain size, anavar with a solid pct would be a safe bet since you know what you are doing there already

    prop 350
    eq 700
    var 700
    weekly
    ^^^^this would be what i would choose, increase cardio, power, heal faster

    deca will bloat you up huge. It is true that nandrolone will increase synovial fluid in your joints, relieveing some pressure and or pain around your cartilidge. It is supposed to increase bone density somewhat too. I prefer npp, it wont bloat you up as much, it didnt on me at least.
    19 nors such as deca ( nandrolone deconate) and npp (nandrolone phenyl propionate ) decrease my cardio, increase resting heartrate and make me sweat more. I would stay away from all 19 nors at least until you know what some milder aas could will do for you.
