Hello stranger, how are you? Certainly been a long time. Glad to see you hanging around again.

As you know I mostly use insulin PWO, but I when I did use it with meals I pretty much did what you have laid out except I never used it so often throughout the day.

Never mixed HGH and insulin in the same syringe, I know HGH is quite a delicate compound so I never gave it a go.

2.5g of test p/week? I see nothing has changed

Good to see you my friend, hope you and your family are well.

dont u have to wait 30 mins after GH administration, before eating, to keep insulin levels down?

so wouldnt injecting simultaneously render the GH useless?

for me, i would have ur gh all at once, 30mins before meal 1.

i also never have an fats, 2 hours before slin, and no fats while it is active. insulin will shuttle fats to fat cells.

wats the half life on your slin ?

I did forget to mention when I used insulin with my meals it was insulin only without the HGH, but yes you can experience some surprising blood glucose levels when eating too close to your HGH injection. Thanks for mentioning, totally missed that part.

    thnx for the response bro's.

first, high dose slin pwo did nothing for me, except making me fat
with lantus i could even incorparate fats into my diet and remain a low bf%. and because i had a constant high(ish) level of insulin recovery was through the roof and this i what i trie to accomplish with current slin protocol.

been doing it now for 1.5 week and people in the gym are allready trying to figure out what i'm running right now cause it def shows that somethings working i look like i'm pumped up 24/7 without the soft look as when you have had too much carbs. plan is to run this cycle for minimal 8 weeks, and i will see from there if i'm gonna run it longer.

i am aware off the fact that hgh can led too high blood glucose levels when carbs are consumed too close to injection time, due to the fact that it lowers insulin sensetivety. BUT since i shoot the slin at the same time that will take care and lower it. plus hgh and insulin both has to be present in the liver to convert to igf-I.

so thats my game plan, please feel free to discus!!!

ow... and bodyweight is allready up 2kg life is good

    update:

been running the hgh/slin this way now for 11 days and since of today my cts is back. been running the 3iu geno for 2.5 month now and even in the beginning the cts was as bad as it is today. not sure why, cause i always thought hgh was responsible for that but now i kinda think that the increased igf-I level, due to the added slin, is causing it.

    anyone any thoughts on it?

edit: or the split up from 3iu at once too 3 times 1iu is the reason of the increased cts?

Interesting protocol, I have used something similar except a smaller dose of slin, 2iu with each meal..

How do you find the first 3 meals without carbs with the slin?

thus far i have'nt got any signs of going hypo, only some unpleasent feeling in my stomach prob caused by the high protein intake those first 3 meals.

Just be careful, I would be tempted to have some oats in meal one, you are going from 9pm to 12.30pm with very little carbs and a total of 12iu insulin

i know. maybe i'm gonna change my diet a bit starting next week and divide my carbs and proteins of the entire day over each meal.

yes, i'm trying to add some lean body mass. and there for i trying not to go overboard on the carbs, but as of monday i'm gonna divide the carbs of the whole day into each meal. same with the proteins.
