Well all very interesting.....I have done research and spoken to a chemist that works for a pharm company.......one of the best side effects of HGH is that it will help to loose fat no matter what BF % you are, also he said that by eating a well balanced and healthy diet will give you double or tripple the results of fat loss. A good excercise regiment for fat loss is lots of cardio, and for a muscle gain you should have some cardio with heavy wheight training with intervals of low to med weight with high reps.
My friend that works for one of these pharm companies was one of the test subjects(he volonteered) in a study, where they were given HGH with a strict diet and excercise program he went from 205, 22% BF (6', 34 at the time) to an amazing 226 with 9% BF in 8 months.
And as he told me most test subjects were not fit but the opposite, and all had good to great results and that body fat compositions is just a that a composition that can be changed and that with HGH helps to speed the process of changing that composition

[QUOTE=HawaiianPride.;5338831]HGH on a standalone level isn't the wisest of choices especially if ones goals were strictly fat loss. I've explained elsewhere in this specific forum recently some of the complications GH can bring without the use of other hormones/therms in the mix.
Hello HP. I tried to search for your recent posts on hgh but couldn't find them. I would be grateful if you could post the links. Also, do you have a target plasma level of IGF-1 that you aim to achieve? What levels are too high? I am using 2 iu ed of tev-tropin and my IGF-1 level is in the low 400's. Is that a safe level from your perspective?
Thanks and Happy New Year, Lifeforce

I've explained elsewhere in this specific forum recently some of the complications GH can bring without the use of other hormones/therms in the mix. It's usually and always suggested to first utilize nutrition/training to bring down excessive adipose tissue before resulting in exogenous compounds. The benefits of exogenous compounds at a lower BF far outweigh being at a higher BF and will in most cases please the individual even further as the side effects will be more pronounced.
Furthermore, GH should not be taken lightly. If an individual were "fat", then that clearly shows a lack of proper nutrition and experience in the world of fitness, and has no business experiencing any anabolics or peptides for that matter.

I understand you are just repeating what your friend told you but, according to this he gained 45lbs of muscle while at the same time losing 24lbs of fat in a little over half a year. He also went from an average fat couch potatoe to a guy who now has a physique on par with competitive bodybuilders. Most of the guys on this board are doing what he did (and then some) and wont see those type of results in a decade.
