ya, my traps are quite well developed, tht pic doesnt do em much justice. im goin on tren after my slin run, vette will be off everything, i'll get past him then lol

I wont get into specifics..... but lets just say 4 weeks of an anadrol /dbol combo..... followed up with another 4 weeks of slin...... followed with another 4 weeks of adrol/dbol..... followed with another 4 weeks of slin all while on hgh. I'll keep everything else a secret
now if I could just friggin military press 315!

BUAHAHA!!! You guys got some catching up to do!!! Ill let you guys have a few months to catch up while I lay off for a bit! But just imagine how hard im gonna hit when Its GO time again!! haha!!
Im debating on running slin with my summer lean cycle. If anything, I will, but ill just keep my IUs low to get the thick hard look without adding bodyfat.
Traps/lats/shoulders anyone? lol

did 10'ius after training legs 2nite. thought i'd try and lower the pwo drink back down to 65gs, did this and had my shake and 1/2 cup of oats 20mins afterwards, 30mins after tht i champed a large tin of tuna and 4 pieces of dry wholemeal toast. at the 2.5hr mark i felt alittle dizzy, took 2 quick acting lucozade glucose tablets, was fine in 10mins.
seems i may get away with less carbs now but will watch it closely, the quick acting tabs are handy to have to hand

Yea for whatever reason 10iu seems to be tricky to find the happy medium of carbs without going hypo. Just keep adding a few carbs till you get to the point where you arent dizzy again at the 2hour mark.
Oh and I dont have wheels. Plate and screws in 1 ankle, and knee surgery on the other leg.

DAMN dose of the cold, started on me last night, hopefully it will pass quickly. unsure if i should inject any slin incase needs change in the body when under viral attack. haz or vette advise???

did 5iu morn and 10iu afta light chest an shoulder workout this evening. only up 2kgs this week, so thts 5kgs in total over 2wks, not bad at all. so, just for you yanks , ive gained 11lbs, gone up from 209lbs to 220lbs
i just wish my shoulders and chest workouts were on full power, im sure id gain more!

usual injection routine, had a great back workout and for 1st time in a long while, i could feel muscle groups isolated and getting a great pump.
when i got home i decided to wash the dog and half way through i began to go hypo despite having my simple carbs followed by oats/protein. i reckon its because of the extra strenious activity ( very solid, strong and hard to keep still dalmatian lol ) using some of the simple carbs before the oats were really kicking in? anyhow, three lucozade glucose tabs brought me back to norm within 5mins

fookin hell, sometimes i do excel myself. did the usual inject after legs 2nite, usual food afterwards including post oats/protein meal. had a shower at approx 2hrs after inject and came downstairs to watch telly. now i start to get real trippy dizzy and think to myself, must be that otc sinus medication i took an hour ago, 5 mins later and my hands begin to do involuntary dance class then the penny drops, im fookin hypo!!! choc bar and glucose tabs swiftly down my neck and im back to norm within 5mins. tht was kinda close, when i went out to the kitchen the lights seemed real dim and had a glowy haze to em. thts the most hypo ive gone and poss wasnt far from fainting, dont want to do it again! you knida get used to injecting this stuff and it just becomes normal, then you get a jolt like tht!!

Sounds like after you did legs, a bigger bodypart, you simply needed more sugars. Besides, you said yourself you cant really go hardcore with upper body bc of your shoulder. That prob has alot to do with it.

yeah could be quite true, i took a spinner after a heavy dlift session last week, i spose the body is going to be more severely depleted of glycogen after an intense big three exercise thus creating a bigger deficit of any spare sugars in the system after training. just shows you always need to be on your guard with slin, each inject situation can have diff variables and outcomes

i also stupidly brought no carb drink out with me to the gym as i know im usually home in 10mins from the gym, got in and had it then thought to myself, what the fvck if the car had of broken down? my home and the gym are on the city outskirts and there are no shops on the way home, i'd of been screwed. makes me look stupid but a valuable point to anyone reading these logs and thinking of using slin, you have to think properly about everything around its use and be prepared

this stuff amazes me!
was doing deads tonite and worked my way up to 220kg x 3
i felt strong and decided id try a big single so upped it to 250kg (big jump up in plifting terms)
pulled it nice and clean! bear in minjd my pb is 270kg and this is only my 2nd dlift session in 3mths after injury, pretty damn good going in my book. slin gives amazing strength. straight afta deads i was into 50kg dbell shrugs and full of energy when in the past i'd of been drained afta the deads!
weight gain seems to have evened off but who cares when its packing this kinda strength and recovery
this stuff will def be in my options box in future

well ive now approx 4 days left on the slin and when ive figured out how to trans pics on my new phone i'll stick afew up, then its straight into cut mode, cant wait for that, NOT!!!!!!
