I'm using mod grf1-29 and ghrp 2 and I have been doing humulin-r thats all I can get here without a prescription.. been using it at 1 iu the first week then second week went up to 2 iu and so on

my question is after reading the posts here, would I be better off taking the 5-6 ius a day 2 or 3x's a day instead of just post work out? if so since im using the humulin-r how long would I need to wait in between shots? and since I eat every 2 1/2 to 3 hours what would be the best foods to eat so to avoid added fat?

one more question, should I only use the insulin on workout days only and not on non-workout days I work out mon-fri off sat and sun. also, how long on and how long off of insulin..
