    Two HGH questions from a 22 year old newb

    So, I am wondering these two questions.

    1.) Will HGH work for me? I am 21 and I have heard rumors that HGH only works for men who are older in age (not old but older) around 35 at least

    2.) Does HGH increase the size of your head?? This may sound weird but I would actually like it to. I have kind of a small head. Either way It doesn't matter but im just wondering. Some fellow HGH users I have talked to said that there old hats no longer fit!

    You're already pulsing about 2iu of growth hormones naturally everyday. You don't need more right now. Just get on a good diet and training regiment.

    If you haven't stopped growing, then with a high enough dose you may grow. If your bones are capped off, then you will not grow. You are borderline based on the "average" man with regard to whether or not you're done growing. If you are susceptible to giantism, then gh in a high enough dose will make things you don't want to grow-grow. If you're not at risk, and you're done growing, you will most likely only experience some of the more common sides if taking too high of a dose. My advice is wait until you're at least 25 b4 experimenting with GH, and learn to accept the small peanut head you were blessed with....

    First of all I hope you are kidding. But if you are not and want a bigger head from hgh then guess what? If you are able to get the big head you are after, then your feet will become humongous and look like long wide stubby ape feet. Your hands will be enormous. Your jaw and forehead will bulge looking like a neanderthal. Your heart will enlarge and your tongue will thicken too causing slurred speech. Your teeth will have gaps in between appearing like gorilla teeth. And you will get a pinocchio nose which will look peculiar.

    Lol guys, I dont care that much about it increasing my cranium size. Just thought it could be a nice side effect for my smaller sized head..

    Im 6'3, 170 lbs so maybe I can just try gaining a little weight and muscle before I mess with HGH. I would realll ike to try it sometime in the near future though! The benefits seem to outweigh the sideeffects

    Holy shit, 6-3 and a 170lbs. Just eat brother and when you're full eat some more. You should be walking around with sandwiches in all your pockets! Luck on ya.

    food food food gh is not goin too help you a good diet will though way too small for your height post ur diet up

    Breakfast - 2 eggs (prepared anyways), fruit, 2 slices turkey bacon, 1 peice whole wheat toast

    workout in between

    snack- protein shake

    Lunch- 5 Lunch Meat roll ups (ham or turkey with cheese and pickle), Grilled Chicekn Salad one hard boiled egg

    snack- protein shake

    Dinner- Chicken, Steak or Fish, Vegetable Mix, Slice of Whole Wheat Bread, Hard Boiled eggg

    1 Hr before bed- Two Low carb steak tip tacos

    I eat around 2500 Calories a day

    thats is why you are 170lbs. Dont wast your money on a steroids or gh. Go over to the diet forum and learn how to eat properly and how much you need.

    I eat a hell of alot more then you at 8 inches smaller in height.

    You need to eat like this:


    Meal 1: Pro/Carb

    8 Egg Whites, 1 Scoop Of Whey Protein, 1 cup oatmeal

    50g protein / 54g carbs / 5g fat



    Meal 2: Pro/Fat

    Lean Ground Beef, ¼ cup swiss cheese, green veggies

    55g protein / 2g carbs / 20g fat



    Meal 3: Pro/Carb

    Chicken Breast, 1 and a half cup Brown Rice

    55g protein / 64g carbs / 3g Fat
    **Disclaimer: Meal 3 can be a pro/fat meal if you are ultra sensitive to carb intake.


    Meal 4: Pro/Fat

    2 Cans of Tuna, 1 Tbsp Full Fat Mayonnaise, Veggies

    60g protein / 2g carbs / 13g Fat



    Workout


    Meal 5: PWO Nutrition

    2 Scoops Whey Protein / 80g of Dextrose

    40g protein / 80g carbs / 0g fat



    Meal 6: PPWO

    Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, ½ cup Brown Rice (Measured Uncooked)

    50g protein / 70g carbs / 3g fat



    Meal 7: Pro/Fat

    Lean Protein of your choice, 2 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
    50g protein / 5g carbs / 18g fat



    Meal 8: Before Bed

    3 Scoops of Whey Protein, 1.5 Tbsp. Flax Seed Oil

    60g protein / 3g carbs / 21g Fat
