How Low on BF% Will GH Take You?

I have a question to all the HGH pros out there. How low will HGH actually take your BF%?

I've been running 3UI's per day since December 2010, so we are hitting the 6 month mark. My BF is at 5.9%-6.1% depending how militant I am with my diet that month. I am 5'10 and currently 184-186 lbs. I still have some stubborn fat around the lower back and lower stomach. My nutritionist says that I'm going to have to get to 3% for my abs to pop like I want. I doubt I could maintain that if I get to it.

With proper diet & cardio, will HGH slowly eat away at all stubborn fat areas over time? Or will there only be so much that GH can do? Also, is it possible to lose stubborn fat from areas, giving a more ripped look but your BF% stay the same? I hope these questions makes sense.

    Thanks in advance.

Gh has shown to reduce fat at the injection site more rapidly than in non-injected sites in many cases. Try injecting the gh at the unwanted fat sites.

Yes, I know this continues to be a topic that keeps going back and forth, GH reducing fat at injection spot. I think it does, but others say it doesn't. But I was always told that you should inject it around your belly. Can you do it anywhere? I don't want to waste..

    Anyone else?

If you're at 6% and your abs aren't popping like you want the either your abs are way underdeveloped or you're not really at 6%. Are you as lean as FG in this pic where he was 5.9%? 3% is hardly a realistic goal.
    Attachment 116181

You can inject your GH subcutaneously anywhere you have enough fat to pull the skin away from the muscle to create an injection site. I pin my lower back all the time and believe that it definitely does reduce fat at injection site.

Ever thought about adding T4 to your GH?

I think my abs are developed. Maybe I'm being overly critical. Let me figure out how to post a pic. I agree, 3% is stupid. I don't know how anyone could maintain that.

If you're pinning in your lower back then I think I might follow ;-). Never thought about adding T4. Maybe I should do some reading...unless you can give me the quick one two on it.

Let me figure out how to post some pics. He's a very well known nutritionist in the Houston area. Been in the game for many years. Let's see what you guys feedback is on the pic.

Ok gents, here's two pics, sorry about the quality. IMO side shot looks good, but from the front, by the navel, that fat is what I'm calling "stubborn". I feel like if that would go away, then it would pop like I want. I get BF% done monthly with him (nutritionist) and he uses the 7 site method and he's been doing this for over 20 years. Worked with plenty of who's who is the fitness world. I'm not sure what he has to gain by giving me poor measurements. But I've been wrong in life before...

He said I'm holding everything in my lower back and stomach.

Yeah, for sure. Over the past 6 months I have leaned out all over the place. 13%-14% 6 months ago. 2 months ago when I first saw him I was at 9.89%.

I don't know. Guess I'm going to step up my cardio...

you look at 9-10% to me too. 3% is almost impossible to maintain without alot of muscle, your brain, pads of feet and hands and fat that supports your internal organs are all made of fat that almost never gets used as an energy source. That is why it is unhealthy to be at below 9% for a long period of time. If you want your abs to pop out like in competition, you need to be dehydrated, it is probably water under your skin as well. Again this is not a healthy thing to do but necessary for competitions. If you are just doing this for vanity, you must only do it for a short period of time.

Yeah, I hear what you're saying auslifta. Just to be clear, 3% is hardly something I want to reach for. I plan on getting a second opinion here soon.

I am having trouble gaining muscle, I think this is due to all the cardio since I seem to be what is considered a hard gainer. In my last session with him, he said that he normally would have been able to get some more muscle in the past two months. He told me I would have to run another cycle to get me to what he said was "the next level". Which is something I want to avoid as I get every side possible. Seeing as how I just had a hair transplant, I'm going ot pass on the cycle for now and continue my GH. ifI feel like if I had more muscle, then it would show better...

correct sir! No solid meals after that last one. (I mean other than that MRP) Also, he gave me all these recipes, which some are really good. But today I made his turkey meat loaf deal. And feel like these are setbacks as I feel very bloated. I can tell when my body takes longer to process things, this being one of them. Not sure why this matters, just sharing

I'm not great with diets but good. I always post mine and take some advice in the diet section.

Yours needs alot of work. If your paying this guy and that is the diet he gave you and he thinks you are 6% bf he really sucks. You are getting ripped off

haha! That's great to know when you get your ass taken :-). To be honest I thought it was cookie cutter myself. I have plans to get a second opinion, I went to him because of who he was. It won't be my last mistake in life. Thanks for your feedback.

    Hey bro!

I have done several clen cycles with great success in the past, so have several friends of mine. I can recommend that.
Other then that, I have done a low dose DNP cycle recently. I will do one again in 3-4 months maybe. So for now I cant really recommend it, since it can kill you if its overdosed or used without the proper precautions.

Also, It you want to cut. Get some Aromasin /Armidex and use it during when dieting, It will help you to not gain fat, and get you lean. Don't for get to do some nolva after it so the estrogen doesn't rebound.
Why use a anti E? because estrogen binds fat.

Hit me a pm if you wounder about anything...
    Good luck!

Hey Fevershock, if you want to drop fat quickly and safely, the best method of doing that is going on a half carb diet. Basically, half the amount of carbs you take in every meal (or, if you prefer, cut out carbs entirely from some meals) That, combined with cardio and HGH will take care of your lower belly fat. Oh and whatever you do, don't stop weight lifting. Nothing burns calories and fat than lifting heavy weight.

Thanks Morgoth. Yeah, I have tried carb cycling as well. Maybe I will try cutting them out all together. But I know I need them to gain and keep muscle. Yes, I can't stop lifting, it's my crack ;-)

I agree to head over to the diet section when you have time (if you already haven't posted something)

From what see so far your carbs are probably high for your goals. 1 cup of carbs, dependent on what you are having is probably 50g...I see that 6 times so we are at 300 already plus then looks like you are getting carbs from your veggies as well.

Do you have calories totals broken down by macros by chance? Regardless keep up the good work....being at 9, 10 or whatever % you are now is better than most ppl and what the majority of people on this forum work to get to.

Good feedback frank784! You think the carbs are too high? I have no clue what I should be doing when it comes to carbs. I'm already in the diet section but getting limited responses. Maybe I should re-post with macros and pics in new thread.

I'm happy with the body I created and if I die tomorrow, God forbid, I know I would go looking fit - lol. Thanks again!
