    Feet are growing

    Went from 11 to 11.5, and now the 11.5s are fitting tight LOL.

    This is crazy, I think it's just the water retention. It seems when I first get out of bed I have a nerve that pinches in my foot. After I hobble around a little it's fine though.

    My feet grew and entire size. And I know this for certain because I ordered another pair of the same exact shoe and and it was way too small.

    My feet and hands swollowed up during my hgh cycle also. When I came off it they got back to normal.

    HGH tends to retain water in the joints. That's one of the sides of HGH. When I first started I had so much fluid in my fingers that they looked like sausages. I lowered my dose and slowly ramped. It got better.
