Someone help
There was a thread on here a while ago explaining the technical terms on why you dont have carbs an hour before/after your gh injection and why AM shots were better than PM shots.
I know the reason behind the AM shots being when you sleep during REM is when your body produces its natural gh...
But i was looking for a more technical answer or article, if anybody could please help...

That was a very good read and it did say that morning shots are better so as to not stop the natural production of gh, but im more looking for pro's of injecting AM and Con's of injection before bed.
Also it didnt mention anything about carbs
None the less good read. Thanks

You need to avoid carbs around your gh injection because gh will interfere with your bodies ability to respond to insulin and the uptake of glucose out of your bloodstream. Having carbs will just increase the insulin resistance environment and this may result in medication further down the line. Running gh does have a impact on your blood sugar levels so that's the theory around avoiding carbs. I believe this is an individual thing so having BG monitor while using gh would be the best option.
With the studies ive been reading the timing of gh injection is in question, ive ran many different protocols and I know which ones I am more suited for me but many things have to be taken inconsideration like age and what your looking to achieve with your gh therapy.
