    IGF 1 spray

    A buddy of mine swears by that IGF 1 spray, says it is great for recovery and strength. Anything to this stuff or is it probably something else he is doing.

    As far as everything I've read, IGF-1 can't pass the liver if taken orally. That's why it's always injected.

    I read that this is pretty much useless too, which had me wondering why MLB had warned players about using it, any ideas?
