yes. gh causes insulin resistance. So carbs will raise your blood sugar significantly

Are you supposed to take GH around bedtime or after you workout?

Good information here, as I am looking to add HGH to my HRT protocol soon.
OP, keep this thread posted with your progress.
Thanks

To those saying T4 is mandatory, would you say taking T3 would be sufficient?

Why is that? I am currently running 80mcg T3 doesn`t it convert to T4?
Editops it's the other way around isn`t it....Last edited by redz; 03-08-2012 at 04:39 PM.

So I started at 2iu a day and things were fine, then moved up to 4iu a day and my thyroid feels like it is actually hurting in my neck on either side of my throat. Has anybody had this before? Is this something I should worry about or just lay off the GH and it will be fine? Also, since I'm done with my GH should I continue to take T4 to help my thyroid or just stop taking it and let my thyroid recoup on its own? Thanks for the help!

You took it less than 3 months? What were your results? Pharma grade HGH?
And your thyroid will come back on it's own. There is some natural products you can take if you want.

Whoops I meant when I'm done with my GH. I'm still using it, but concerned about this pain in my "thyroid". Yes it is pharma grade.

We aren't doctors on here...if you have a pain go see a doc. At the least go get some bloodwork and see what your Thyroid is doing.

Lots of great advice. I've discussed this issue with several MDs. While many don't advocate the use of GH, you will find some that feel it may be beneficial (in the absence of adnocarcinoma).
Of all the discussions, the one cycle that seems to be the most widely accepted is 2iu daily for three months followed by a 30 day washout before starting subsequent cycles. I know people who have used as much as 20iu daily but that is ill-advised, dangerous, and expensive!
2iu is very low, but as one member already said, GH is a long term decision. Short term use rarely provides any significant results.

GH has a number of benefits but is not without risks. There is a lot of counterfeit GH so do your homework. Legit GH will provide a number of benefits IF used responsibly!
