    Peptide bloat?

Does anyone get bloated from ghrp/ghrh? I recently started running ghrp-2/mod grf 5x ed at 100mcg each and am bloated as hell now. I'm going to do this up to my show then drop the dose down to 2-3x ed for the summer.

Ghrp 6 is notorious for bloat, ghrp 2 is known to be lesser of a culprit but it still occurs, it could be caused/fueled by the 5x's day protocol, have you considered switching to ipamorelin? Bloat is very rare, I have never heard of it being caused from legit ipamorelin

and I'm interested in hearing the structure and your opinion on the 5x's day protcol if you care to share?

I have a ton of ghrp-2 laying around so I'll be sticking to that for a while lol. I may try ipam in the future though.

From what i've gathered reading on dats website doing 5x ed, gh release is no longer pulsatile so it's similar to running hgh. Dat claims being able to dose at the saturation dose up to 6x ed without fear of desensitization. I'm still new to the peptides somewhat and am trying to learn and decipher as much as I can. I'm by no means a chemist so a lot of it goes over my head. I'm on my second day and my hands are pretty numb, i'm a little lethargic, and have added about 3lbs of water. Being on a very scheduled contest prep diet makes dosing pretty easy. I'm currently taking pictures every week and have a thread going so if I get any results they will be documented.

Yeah I've read that myself but am yet to see any real logs to back up the claims/show benefits versus 3x's a day, studys are great but in real world, well you know yourself

I'll been following your log and must of overlooked your recent addition of the peps, looking forward to seeing some results

    Best of luck

I would advise you to cut back your dosing to 3 times per day (morn, pwo, & bed). I have gone up to 5 doses per day and did hold water as well. With you just starting peps, start w/ 3 and then if you can handle it and there's not much water retention you can up it to 5. Have you read Dat's toggle approach of 5 doses per day for two weeks, 4 doses per day for two weeks, and then 3 doses per day for one week, then start over w/ 5 again? This is a approach I have used in the past w/ success.

Yeah I just read that today and I think that's what I'm going to do, easier on the wallet and makes more sense. This isn't my first run with peptides, just the first time I've run them this high. I was doing 100mcg mod grf/300mcg ghrp-2 3x ed through my bulk and liked it. My fingers got so numb that it was hard to type but I don't mind the sides, that's how I know it's working lol. Do you guys recommend vitamin c with them for cortisol?

Good deal, I think you will like Dat's toggle approach. I've never dosed my GHRP that high so that's interesting how many sides you got off that. Vit. c can help with cortisol but don't overdue it and take in to much...I like to take 1g morning, afternoon, & pwo. Do you feel like your prolactin is on the high side? If so, get some caber or NOW brand "dopa mucuna" (have tried this but have been reading about it recently).

Yeah the pins and needles in my fingers at that dose were pretty intense. I will get some vitamin c and start taking that, I'm taking a low dose of prami for tren so i'm not too worried about prolactin. So far at 5x ed my fingers are numb and the tips hurt somewhat but it's bearable. It took about a week or two at 3xed for them to really get bad so we'll see how I feel next week. I'm also extremely lethargic, I sleep hard for 8 hours and can basically take a nap whenever throughout the day.

What do you mean by "fillers"? Even the most pure peptides will more than likely cause some water retention at 5x a day dosing!

They? or are you referring to GHRP-6 only? Have you tried GHRP-2 or ipamorelin...do they have the same hunger effect on you?

ghrp2 not as much and ipamorelin not at all..

how ever as for bloat, remember you are stimulating GH release with these peptides, in most there will be a bloat when taking GH so one would expect bloat from effective peptides.

agree w/ you 100%. Although I haven't tried GHRP-6 yet (starting it as soon as I run out of GHRP-2), I don't really hold much water on GHRP-2 and no water at all on Ipamorelin.
