    HGH legality

So can someone help me deter me in the right direction under what act or passage that explicitly states that human growth hormone is illegal. It is not included in the 1988 and 1990 steroids act passed by Congress and not under any controlled substances list in the US. So where does it say it is illegal?

Is a real tight bounds by which the FDA allows HGH to be prescribed. Anything outside of that, the drug is illegal.

Section 303(e)(1) of the FDCA, 21 U.S.C. 333(e) (1), prohibits knowingly distributing, or possessing with the intent to distribute, HGH for any use in humans other than the treatment of a disease or other recognized medical condition, where such use has been authorized by the Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS) under section 505 of the FDCA (21 U.S.C. 355) and pursuant to the order of a physician. The Secretary of HHS has not authorized, for example, any HGH use for anti-aging, bodybuilding, or athletic enhan***ent. Thus, distributing, or possessing with the intent to distribute, HGH for these uses or any other unapproved use violates section 303(e)(1) of the FDCA. A violation of section 303(e)(1) carries up to 5 years imprisonment and fines and, if the offense involves an individual under the age of 18 years of age, up to 10 years imprisonment and fines.

HGH is not illegal. Selling HGH in the United States to someone without a prescription is. You can drive across the border to Mexico, buy a bunch of HGH, and drive straight back into the U.S. and use it yourself. As long as you have a reasonable amount and the customs officials assume you are not stockpiling to sell it, it's all good.

A friend of mine, a good guy but a little clueless, duct taped some gear onto his body and came across the border from Mexico. The customs guards were not impressed. He spent a few days in a border jail and got released when the judge said not enough gear to convict him. I always think about that when I hear people talking about bringing stuff over from Mexico. Those border guards have very little sense of humor. Just seems like a few dollars is not enough for me to take that chance.
