    Helping out a female friend

    Hi,
    she is 35.
Suffering from Fibromyalgia, and epileptic seizures.
In constant pain. But tough and functional.
Hereditary, and others in her family end up in wheelchairs and die young(er).

I´m gonna give her a product I also gave my mom called Orthosil, for bone health.
But would also like to try her on HGH. Not for a few months, but for good.
Maybe HGH will make her generate some healthy tissue, relieve pain, or do some magic over the long run.
What does she have to loose?

So what dose should she be on?
Should she do a little higher than repla***ent dose, to see if it can have a "heeling" effect?

I just spent 15 minutes reading about Fibromyalgia. Man, that's gotta be uncomfortable. I have no idea if HGH will help but for women you normally want to start at 0.5iu for two weeks. If she feels ok, then increase to 1iu/ed. I read that one of the symptoms fo Fibromyalgia is tension headaches. HGH will retain water so it could increase her propensity for headaches. I wouldn't go much more than 1iu/ed or 1.5iu/ed. I hope your friend gets better.

yep like Scotchguard mentioned. LOW doses. I started off way too high and had HORRIBLE headaches. And I mean on the sofa with a bag of ice balancing on top of my head.

S Somers only takes .25ius/ed. So something to keep in mind when thinking about how low you can go. And ramp up slowly as in hold a dose for at least a month or even longer. This way the sides might be avoided.

Good luck to her and you are a good friend.
Life is too short, so kiss slowly, laugh insanely, love truly and forgive quickly.

    Thanks.
Yes Scotch, Fibromyalgia is a tough one.
Modern foods and lifestyle makes it worse. My mom has it too, but she got magically better with Orthosil (Calcium, Iron, Bromelain, Glucosamine, MSM, Polygonum).

    This is their claim:
    •Block painful inflammation
    •Dramatically reduce joint breakdown
•Significantly increase the effectiveness of glucosamine and MSM at lower doses
•Produce noticeable results in just a few days
•Offer a safe and effective alternative to dangerous COX2 medications
•Strengthen cardio, liver, and kidney function

Sounds perfect for Fibromyalgia...in theory, but it really worked for my Mom. I also tried it on a friends dog, a Ridgeback with severe hip pain (could´t get up in the couch), a month or 2 later he was running around. I´m not kidding.
So I think I will try this first with her for 2 months, then start the HGH.

I´ll tell her about the headaches, she already has bad ones.
And I´ll start her out on 0.5iu for 1 month then increase to 1iu, and stay there.

Slim, I was gonna page u actually, thanks for checking.
0.25iu? How much does women produce naturally?

I´m running 3.3iu right now, and don´t feel water retention, at 5iu I usually feel it in my ears. Actual water in my ears. Is this common?
How much are u on now Slim, and are u on for good? U just on for all the antiaging benefits?

    Thanks
