has anyone tried Thymosin Beta 4 (TB 500) i found a ton of info on it but cant find anyone that has used it

I'm running it. I had tendinitis in my left elbow and had runners knees. Ran 2.5mg per week for 5 weeks and now just doing a maintenance dose of 5mg a month. I noticed improvements by the end of week 2. My elbow no longer bothers me
In the gym and either do my knees after a run. I love the stuff. If your injuries are a little more severe it might take a little longer in the loading phase.

this is some intersting info as i have horrible joints! djdizzy, did you spread the doses out for the 5 weeks? or just do a 2.5mg shot every week? i may be interested in this!

yep, some quick relief, but after 3 weeks no issues, my wife is running it now for a total of 5 weeks..

i always seem to be a step behind ya! how is she running it? i am thinking about ordering some for my joints, i do a lot of running/pounding

I just did 2.5mg every sunday for 5 weeks and now just doing 5mg a month but I do split that one up. 2.5mg after 4 weeks and another 2.5 the following week and then wait another 4 weeks and repeat.
