    Cjc 1295 ghrp2 and trenavol v + halovol v prohomones

    Weight started at 13.5 Friday 11th 100mg of cjc1295 morning and evening same with ghrp2 also taking 3 trenavol v and 3 halovol v pro hormones

    Aim is to get leaner but increase muscle mass weight yesterday 14,4 also using warrior blaze tabs! Any advice on what I could throw in to help!

    Diet porridge plus protein shake
    Lunch pasta chicken/tuna crisps
    Mid afternoon shake
    Dinner meat or fish with veg

    Training cardio empty stomache 3 mornings at 6:30 39 mins then 15 mins sit ups
    Weights 4 times a week alternating muscle groups!

    What is the best way to fully utilise the supplements I'm taking to get max results

    your diet is terrible and you need edit out the supplier names

    What is your height and bodyfat?

    First thing you need to do is sort your diet, its terrible, without knowing the amounts, I can only give a rough estimate, but I reckon you easily lacking 1500cals and 100g protein minimum

    Keep up the cardio, and personally I work my core differently, and less frequently but if you find that works for you then keep it up

    I wouldnt be a fan of the prohormones either but if you want to run them then............

    When you say evening for the second pep pin, do you mean pre bed?

    5 ft 10 body fat 13/14% would estimate need to lose 6 pounds.
    Can see top 4 abs

    Morning and pre bed take the peptides!

    I try to do 4 cardio sessions a week abs 3times and weights 4 times

    I agree my diets crap! What would be best meal ideas? Got a office job, goes would be better to cook and bring in food each day!

    Pro hormones waste of time do u think?

    What would work best?

    Post your diet in nutrition section, you may even see more gains from improving a poor diet then any aas or pep with perfect diet

    How can muscles grow if you don't feed them?
