What type of gains will i yield on 5 ui's of GH a day? I will not be using anything else aside from diet and some off the shelf supps.

Mail goal is too shed some bf with hopefully gaining some lean mass.....i know the fat loss is a given with correct diet, but can any lean gains be expected on 5 iu's per day for min 6 months?
