    For those of you who do a Post workout shot of hgh

    When do you take your protein and fast-digesting carb? Normally I would go home after a workout and drink a protein shake with waxy maize. Should I pin right when I get home then wait an hour to drink my protein/waxy maize shake? Leave out the waxy maize all together maybe?

    I've been drinking my whey isolate shake right when I get home with my shot and then Carbs about 30 to 45min later with a meal

    thats way too soon for carbs. You don't want any carbs 90 minutes before or after a shot

    Post workout shake is probably more of a benefit than a post workout shot HGH. I do HGH in the morning and shake right after workout.

    I do morning and Pre-workout... But still I don't understand, why should one wait before and after shot with carbs? What is the point of this? HGH is not peps, in which case carbs or fats can blunt the release, but in this case... it is absorbed to blood stream and starts acting I don't see much difference in eating carbs right after the shot or 60 or even 90 minutes after... Really no point.

    Haven't had problems thus far. It may blunt insulin release a little, but not a whole lot. Maybe have post workout carbs immediately at gym and do hgh shot 30min after? That way insulin spiked already.

    do not pin hgh post workout. your post workout carbs and protein is far more important than pinning hgh post workout. just pin it in the morning, mid day as long as you don't consume carbs an hour before or after, or at night before bed. i don't know where this "wait 90 minutes" stuff came from. for as long as i can remember, people have preached no carbs an hour before or after.

    Right... So of course not a good idea post workout, but pre-workout shot with pre-workout meal should be ideal especially during diet to keep blood sugar high and have tons of energy during the workout. Thanks for explanation.

    Yes, but the key words are HIGH CONCENTRATION of HGH. So timing of pwo nutrition following your pwo shot will depend on just how much hgh you're using. I wouldn't think 2-3iu's would be a problem.

    HGH doesn't inhibit the release of insulin . It can cause insulin resistance at high doses or in people who are already predisposed to diabetes or insulin resistance. Many people though are not effected at all by it.

    "Growth hormone is one of a battery of hormones that serves to maintain blood glucose within a normal range. Growth hormone is often said to have anti-insulin activity, because it supresses the abilities of insulin to stimulate uptake of glucose in peripheral tissues and enhance glucose synthesis in the liver. Somewhat paradoxically, administration of growth hormone stimulates insulin secretion, leading to hyperinsulinemia."

    IMO there's no point in timing your GH shots around around work outs or anything else the end result is the same regardless. Take your GH when it's convenient and split it up if necessary to avoid sides of larger doses.

    i can tell you that i felt bloated and lost my appetite when i just pinned my GH whenever i felt like it. I was doing 4 IU's which isn't crazy. When i started doing it first thing in the morning, and waiting an hour to consume carbs, i felt so much better.

    High insulin levels should make you hungry. You should check you blood sugar levels after pinning and see what's going on.
