    tb 500

Before I do much more research was curious on this peptide for the wife. Before I met her she had a herniated disc. She was bed ridden for months. Ended up having surgery where they told her its was almost 50/50 that it would work ir even help. And even the most possibility of bit walking again.

But she did fully recover. Dropped weight. Excersising again. Was running 5 miles every morning when I first met her. But now we have been strength training together. She has been complaining of pain I n back and numbness in legs.

Yes we have gone back to thw surgeon. She just had mri done and has it in a CD waiting fir next doc apt.

But I am wondering if tb500 is something I should pursue researching fir her?

    TB is fairly inexpensive
it is fairly safe (simple peptide consisting of a chain of 43 amino acids)
    I've never experienced any sides

Sometimes, you just have try something to see if any benefit

Well mri is back. Hasnt talked to doc yet. But now there is a new tear in the disc below the last.

So I believe this will need more then tb 500.

Hang in there. Sometimes the strength of will just isn't enough to overcome the stubborn body.

I wouldn't underestimate the TB. You never know until you try. I've never had disc issues, so I can't say from personal experience. But if I were in your shoes, I would certainly give it a try.

Additionally, you can try MSM for it's ability to improve collegen synthesis.

Additionally, you can try HA powder (taken orally) - of all three options i have mentioned, this is probably the most expensive, least likely to provide a big benefit, but still might be worth a try.

Additionally, if you have issues with your disc, you should probably invest in an inversion table. You can find them very inexpensive on Craigslist for $50. no need to hang for long periods of time, or hang at true verticle. the idea is to take pressure off the disc, and allow blood to flow, thereby improving a healing scenerio.

Let me know if any questions on any of this...

Tank you times roman! Think I am going to look into both MSM and tb 500 now. MSM I believe we both can benefit from. TB 500 will hopefully help her with the recovery.

So she went to Doc this morning, the stupid MRI place, didn't copy the CD right, so the doc couldn't even view the MRI today. But from what he read in the report says it doesn't seem that serious. Even told her to continue working out, weights and all. He prescribed her some pains and muscle relaxers.

So now I think im off to the injury section and maybe get some advise on some good excersises to help strengthen her back.

Thanks guy for the help. Glad no surgery and nothing serious. Off to googling Tb 500 and MSM lol
