HGH, IGF1 LR3, peptides, for lean gains/fat loss please advise

I'm a noob to the site so take it easy on me please!

    My question:

So what is going to be my best path here HGH by its self, hgh with a low dose of 1gf lr3, hgh with some other peptide, some other combination? It seems the more I read the more confused I get as to what path I should take for my goals.

What I want; loose fat, I am at 23% bf measured by DEXA scan I want to be at 10%, and to put on strength. I don't care one bit about size because the heavier I am the more weight I have to move on pullups and other body weight exercises associated with crossfit.

As far as diet I am consuming 1750-2000 clean calories a day of a high protein low carb diet. I try to stay paleo as best as I can but I still allow my self some grains from time to time.

My workouts consist of crossfit twice a week and strength training 3-4 times a week.

Welcome to Steroid .com, we'll need your stats
    Age
    Height
    Weight
    Bf%
    Cycle history
But I can tell you, you should drop that bf% down to at least 17%, when I first started working out I was 40% bf, dropped 70lbs in 3 months naturally, I did cardio 3 times a day an ate no carb an low calories- don't do no carb, its not necessarily healthy. But it could take you a month at the most to drop down to around 17% and then come back here an we can work you a cycle to get 10% bf!

    I am 34
Body fat 23% measured by Dexa scan
    6'4"
    245 lbs
I did a 6 month cycle of hgh about a year ago with good results but had to have a couple surgeries that kept me from working out up until about 2 months ago.
I also did some test and deca back in my early 20's also with good results but I was in a lot better shape back then, I was playing college baseball at the time.

I am doing a low carb diet but by no means would I ever do a no carb diet. The nutrition/diet side of things I have a very good grasp of, my weakness has always been doing what I know is best. But I have been eating clean, quit smoking and have only drank a couple of times. In the 2 months of this I have dropped my weight from 265 to 245 as of this morning. I am averaging 1-3 lbs loss a week.

I hear ya man, I had a New York Nets scout tell me in high school I had a chance to be in the MLB, grades slipped an.couldn't play anymore so military it is. But, I was being leaniant on 17%, most people will say you need to be 15%... if you were at 255 at 23% an you're now 245, you're probably at 21% or so, maybe 20, after I couldn't play baseball anymore I gained weight an went to 40%bf, dropped it off quick, but a good HGH cut would be to use Insulin , IGF and test.

Yeah I was 200 lbs back when I played and got up to 285 at one point but I have been 265 for the most part since my playing days.

I know hgh takes a while before u start to see any results that's why I was wondering about starting it now and kind of trying to time it's effects with my weight loss so they hit at the same time. I just don't know about igf and all these different peptides. It all has my head spinning lol. I just want to be lean and strong not looking to be huge or anything like that.

4 ius a day is good gor fat loss but it does take a while to see results. I would say really fine tune that diet first and try to get down to the mid-teens before starting hgh. The weight should come off easy at first, then when it begins to be a struggle, use the hgh as an aid.
